The Mandatory Licence Conditions published on the Scottish Government website details that any advertising listing must include the licence number, maximum occupancy and EPC rating.
To allow property owners to comply with the requirement please complete this short form for each property you have listed on Isleofskye.com.
If you don't yet have a licence, simply wait and submit your details once you have the full licence (please don't submit provisional or case numbers).
We will then update your advertising listing.
As confirmed by the Highland Council it is the duty of the property owner to comply with the laws not the marketing website. IsleofSkye.com must simply allow the property owners to comply by displaying the provided licence details.
