It will soon be a legal requirement that all bed & breakfast and self catering properties have a Short Term Let Licence.
Item 14 on the Mandatory Licence Conditions published on the Highland Council website details that any advertising listing must include the Property Licence Number and the Energy Performance Certificate Rating.
To allow property owners to comply with the requirement please complete this short form for each property you have listed on Isleofskye.com.
If you don't yet have a licence, simply wait and submit your details once you have the licence.
